How do I assemble the patio heater?

Before you start assembling the terrace heater.

Please read the assembling instructions, which you can find inside the box, before using your heater and pay attention to the safety indications. The materials and the fabric have been chosen so that when the device is used normally, no malfunctioning occurs.

In order to assemble the terrace heater you need the following tools:

2 screwdrivers with a cross head;
hexagonal keys with an opening of 8, 13 and 17 mm

. Please check whether the inventory is complete before starting to assemble the terrace heater.

The main steps for assembling the terrace heater:

Remove the protection stamp sheet from all the pieces.

Assemble the central part of the reflector with the 4 external parts of the reflector using 8 screws, washers and the appropriate hexagonal interior screws. Pay attention please to the position of the 4 external parts of the reflector. Be sure all of them are in the right position through exterior.

Apply on the handle-eyelets from the gas bottle container's mantle and from the protecting door, the protection elements from plastic material against the sharp metal edges

Assemble the two halves of the container's gas bottle container's mantle with 4 screws, with 4 washers and 4 hexagonal interior screws. The left side of the mantle is marked in its superior part with a stamped «L». Then, assemble the mantle of the gas bottle container, with 4 screws, with notched washers and with hexagonal interior screws.

Position the support with the disc headed down, in the centre of the gas bottle container, pull down the cover of the container on the support and set it over the container's mantle.

Install the plastic material adaptor delivered at the superior end of the central pipe (support) and set it with the 3 screws.

Set the burner with the gas hose on the support and assemble it with 3 screws.

Assemble the wheels and fix them on the support rack.

Assemble the complete reflector in the superior part of the burner using 3 M6 screws and 3 notched washers at the superior part of the burner.

Connecting the gas bottle:

. If the regulator has a screw-cut connecting piece, the hose will be installed at the connecting piece from the pressure regulator with the help of an adequate key, rotating the interior screw to the left. During this operation, you must use another key to hold it against the screw.

• If the regulator has a screw-cut connecting piece, the hose will be installed at the connecting piece from the pressure regulator with the help of an adequate key, rotating the interior screw to the left. During this operation, you must use another key to hold it against the screw.
• If the regulator does not have a screw-cut connecting piece, the hose will be installed on the profiled connecting piece and will be assembled with the respective clamp.

Putting the terrace heater in function:

Open the faucet of the gas bottle.

The operation of lighting the burner is made only with the button of the gas burner at its minimum debit. Hold pressure on the gas faucet button.

Push on the button of piezoelectric lighting.

After the gas was lit, continue to keep the gas faucet button pushed for another 10 seconds and only then set the gas debit at the value that will assure you the desired heating.

Instructions for a safe and correct exploitation

The heater can be used only in outdoor locations or in well ventilated spaces. A good ventilated space is the one where at least 25% of the surrounding surface is at open. The surrounding surface is made up of the sum of all walls. After using the heater, the faucet of the gas bottle must be closed. The usage of this device in indoor non-ventilated spaces is strictly FORBIDDEN.
