How do I receive the patio heater?

We all know how important time is nowadays. And, when we lose so much time in traffic, we hardly want to go out shopping and buy things around the house or for our family. As in most cases, we make fast deliveries assured by TCE Logistic, member of RTC Holding, the producer of terrace heaters and its Romanian unit, 360 Multi-Solutions S.R.L., are very thorough when it comes to the packaging method, which is:

• each component of the terrace heater is packed in cardboard boxes or in non-rigid sheeting;
• all the components are delivered in only one box of multi-layer cardboard with a double top both in the inferior and in the superior part;
• the package is tested for resistance to shocks as a whole and every component alone;
• the package is also tested against falls, hit administered to the edges of the box and its corners.

All the terrace heaters will be delivered in the original pack of the producer, completely sealed up. The entire package is secured during transportation until you receive it. In the package, you can find all the necessary components as well as the assembling and usage manual in Romanian accompanied by sketches and drawings that might help the assembling.

The delivering of the orders is FREE OF CHARGE in over 200 areas in the country, either through our own agencies (in Bucharest and Ilfov county), or through the services of the email-express company TCE Logistic. We would like to mention that if the delivery does not take place in the 200 or more places in the TCE Logistic network, there are supplementary transportations taxes, which will be notified by the sales representatives of

The orders can be made only for Romania and the deliveries take place in 48 hours since the order is registered. Only in exceptional cases, the delivery can last up to three days but it cannot exceed 5 working days. In this case, the sale representatives of will contact you to give you notice of the delay.

If the company cannot make the delivery at the established date, due to independent or willing reasons, our company will carefully hold the terrace heaters for five working days, so that you have time to set a new delivery date for the products.
